To play its role in the domain of education and upbringing of young kids, an activity center was set up which provided basic facility for recreation and learning. A playground is also a part of this initiative to help develop sporting skills and mindset.

Scholarship

The organization also provides scholarships and pays for the schooling of children who are deprived of education. At present, 50 children are benefitting from these scholarships and studying in Mehran Govt. School. The organization is also taking care of special needs children. 5 of these children are enrolled in ABSA School & College for the deaf. Their tuition, transportation and documentation costs are taken care of.

Class Observation in Progress

At Fahmida Begun Foundation School regular classroom observation are in practice to evaluate the quality of teaching provided and the consistency between the curriculum plan and the actual delivery of the material by teachers. It is purely developmental rather than intimidating for the teacher or the students.
