Team Members

Nazia Syed is an experienced professional specialising in Education Management, Program Management, Human Resource Management, and organisational operations. She has professional experience as a Lecturer as well as in management and leadership roles, with experience in education and community development programs.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and an MBA in Human Resource Management, with a strong focus on education, people development, and organisational growth.

Umair Shah is a Computer Science graduate serving as Manager Programs, Social Media & IT, with a strong focus on program planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring. He plays a key role in managing program activities, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring effective collaboration to achieve organizational objectives.

His responsibilities include facilitating partner coordination, maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders, tracking program progress, and supporting the effective execution of organizational initiatives. He is committed to strengthening program quality, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring that activities align with the organization’s mission and strategic goals.

In addition to his program management responsibilities, he oversees social media and IT functions, leveraging digital tools and communication strategies to enhance organizational visibility, stakeholder engagement, and overall effectiveness.

Abdul Hafeez Manager Finance: We extend our best wishes to the NGO for its continued success and valuable efforts to serve the community and support those in need. The Manager Finance plays a key role in ensuring financial stability, transparency, accountability, and compliance by overseeing budgeting, cash flow, payments, financial reporting, audits, taxation, and internal controls. Through effective financial management, cost control, and proper utilisation of funds, the Manager Finance contributes to the NGO’s sustainability, credibility, and successful delivery of its programmes.

Huma Shahid is an experienced educator and academic leader with over a decade of experience in education. Her journey has progressed from Kindergarten Teacher to Grade Teacher, Class Teacher, Academic Coordinator, and Head of Secondary Section.

She holds an MSc in Zoology and has taught Science, Mathematics, English, and Social Studies across various grade levels. As an educational leader, she focuses on academic excellence, teacher development, effective classroom practices, discipline, teamwork, and holistic student growth. She believes in leading with purpose, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Beyond education, Huma is passionate about Arabic and Urdu calligraphy, particularly Thuluth and Kufic, through her creative work Humaji.Art.
